Cancellation Policy
Whilst we are reluctant to charge for any cancelled or missed appointments, please be aware that we have a 48 hour cancellation policy at Bella Luna Beaty. If you wish to cancel, or rearrange your appointment you need to let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Unfortunately you will be liable to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment, or alternatively forfeit a treatment if you are on a pre-paid course if the cancellation period is not adhered to.
We hope you understand that our appointments are limited and we constantly endeavour to accommodate appointments for all of our clients at the times and days most convenient to them. Therefore, it is a waste of appointment time if a room has been booked out for a treatment that cannot be carried out due to a last minute cancellation.
Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds on any treatment or product purchases. However, if you change your mind about your purchase within 14 days, we are happy to exchange it for another treatment or product or offer you a credit note. This policy does not apply to products which have been used or opened.
Children and Childcare
Please could we politely ask that you do not bring your children (under the age of 12) along to your appointment with us unless they are supervised by another adult. Children will not be allowed into treatment rooms for health, safety and insurance reasons. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

This Privacy Statement is applicable to data collected by Bella Luna Beauty Isle of Man. In order to help you understand how we will use the data you provide, the following guidelines have been created.
In general, it is possible to access our site without supplying any personal data. But in the cases where personal information is collected it is used primarily to best provide the services you might request and secondly to improve how Bella Luna Beauty might serve you, by making appropriate use of the information. Further, we may also use this information to send you from time to time information about Bella Luna Beauty services and updates that we think may be of interest to you. Unless required to do so by law and as set out in this policy, we will not share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to us without your consent.

The data may be transferred, stored and processed inside or outside the European Union and anywhere in the world but will not be disclosed to anyone outside the Bella Luna Beauty Ltd, its associated companies or other companies who provide services of assistance to Bella Luna Beauty clients. We will retain your information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires.
